At Ishaav Traders Import Export, we strive to provide quality products and reliable service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before goods are shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- For customized, bulk, or special orders, cancellation is not permitted after confirmation.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only in cases where:
- The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing times.
- Shipping, customs, and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Returns
- Customers must report defective, damaged, or incorrect goods within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned goods before approving a refund or replacement.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, custom orders, clearance items, or goods specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
- Delays caused by customs, shipping, or force majeure events are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds.
